No, not until Cuba's immense drug and human trafficking issues can be solved. In the same vein, several other nations such as Mexico, Canada, China and Korea should be considered for trade and travel embargo's.

Yes, but those who travel there should be reminded that the Communist mentality of this island degrades the basic human rights of its citizens. By choosing to travel to Cuba, over say Puerto Rico, or Jamaica, or the Bahamas you are, in essence, supporting communism, and spending your money to exploit Cubans by lining the pockets of it's tyrannical leaders with American dollars.
