I wouldn't solve any issues, as for the most part solving a single issue just creates a void that a new issue could fill, also I believe that many issues are inherently because of humanities nature and to fix most of them would need a change to inherent human nature itself.

I would solve sexual assault on everyone, no one deserves to be traumatized by that or the consequences. The assaulters should have a harsher punishment than it is now.
