This is a shameful injustice. He should've been rejected for pretending to be a woman, not for some obscure name law. Do better Ohio.

 @LivelyJackalSocialist from Pennsylvania agreed…5mos5MO

the fact that Ohio lets you legally change the sex on your birth certificate is insane. There is no marking or indication it has been changed. Falsification of records.

Men are men Women are women. Your DNA will always be what you where born . Men don’t know one thing about being a real woman just like women don’t know one thing about being a man

"Trans-Identified"

Thats a man. Nothing more, nothing less; its a man pretending to be a woman.

Stop the madness before it is too late.

And what distinguishes those things besides physical form and function?

 @PeacefulPollingPlaceRepublican from Minnesota commented…5mos5MO

She's really a he and while I agree you can change your birth name to whatever you want you can't change your sex. Besides those that think they're the opposite sex have mental issues that should disqualify them for running for office

In what ways might the disclosure of a transgender person’s previous name impact their political campaign or personal safety?

  @9CJ6CB6 from Virginia commented…5mos5MO

I don’t feel like it’s really a necessary thing to disclose.

  @Patriot-#1776Constitution from Washington commented…4mos4MO

Oh Heavens no, it's absolutely necessary to prove who you are and that you exist, to run for office in case you committed identity theft or something. Mentally unstable people like "transgender"-ites should be barred for running from office.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…5mos5MO

Should a person's privacy about their past identity outweigh the public's right to know about a political candidate's background?

  @9CJ6CB6 from Virginia answered…5mos5MO

In most cases I’d say yes but due to this being a rather minute an unimportant thing, I doubt it should be forced to be disclosed.

 @HopefulPolentaRepublican from Nevada commented…5mos5MO

Why would I vote for someone with a history of making bad, irrational decisions like mutilating a perfectly healthy body for a problem in their mind?

  @9CJ6CB6 from Virginia commented…5mos5MO

If they’ve got severe gender dysphoria, their body isn’t fine, trust me.
