For some families that would work! It depends on the household because some like traditional and others like to change it up.

it wouldnt having a family is a mutual agreement and binds the two together meaning the kid is equal responcibility

It would make it so that men may be more involved with family life instead of being socially viewed as "babysitters" when they take care of the kids

We would be equal. But women are more experienced with household and childcare. A mothers love his more than a fathers love when it comes to that. There just wouldn't be enough or the right kind of love in a household if we were equal in care.

I think our society would be more balanced and equal and fair. People would be nicer to women probably.
